Shipping and Delivery
We offer Standard, Priority, 2nd Day and Next Day shipping methods within the United States only. We are not accepting international orders at this time. If you select Standard Shipping, we are unable to offer you the ability to choose the carrier by which your order will be shipped. However, the carriers we use are FedEx Home, UPS and the United States Postal Service. The carrier we choose depends upon your destination and the items in your order. All Fed-Ex and UPS deliveries will require a signature, unless otherwise specified.
For standard shipping, please allow 7-10 business days, depending on shipping destination. For custom orders, please allow 14 business days for delivery. We can not accept P.O. Box addresses for any deliveries.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification of lost items via email and/or phone within thirty (30) days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping rates are based on total purchased price. Tiki & Me will waive standard shipping charges for all orders over $800.00.

Orders up to $499.01 to $799.00, shipping is $37.00
Expedited Shipping Charges
Orders up to $40, shipping is $26.00
Orders up to $40.01 to $79, shipping is $33.00
Orders up to $79.01 to $149.00, shipping is $38.00
Orders up to $149.01 to $299.00, shipping is $48.00
Orders up to $299.01 to $499.00, shipping is $58.00
Orders up to $499.01 to $799.00, shipping is $65.00
Orders over $800, shipping is $78.00
Items that are not in stock and customized orders can not be expedited.
Return Policy
At Tiki & Me, our customers are very important to us. All merchandise purchased from Tiki & Me.com may be returned either to a store or by mail within 10 days of receiving it. All tags must be attached to each returned product and no evidence of pet hair and stains on any of the returned items.
If you receive a damaged product, please call or email Tiki & Me immediately to arrange for a replacement and return of the defective item. We will arrange for pickup of the damaged item(s) at no charge to you.
Absolutely no return of any bakery goods or Barkery Vineyard products will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Apparel returned for refund or exchange must:
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Have the Original Tiki & Me tags attached
• Have no evidence of pet hair and stains
Collars, Leashes and Harnesses returned for refund or exchange must:
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Have the Original Tiki & Me tags attached
Beds and Blankets returned for refund or exchange must:
• Not have any evidence that the product was used (no pet hair, stains, urine, food or dirt)
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Have the Original Tiki & Me tags attached
Doggie Bags and Carriers returned for refund or exchange must:
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Have the Original Tiki & Me tags attached
• Have no evidence of pet hair, stains, urine, food or dirt
• Not have any evidence that the product was used
All Accessories (candles, charms, keychains, necklace, bracelet, armoire, treat boxes, leash holders) returned for refund or exchange must:
• Have the Original Tiki & Me tags attached
• Be free of chips, cracks, breaks, missing crystals and other stones
• Not have any evidence that the product was used

Error-Related Refunds
We will issue a credit for any applicable shipping that is found to be an error of Tiki & Me, LLC.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the receipt of the product by Tiki & Me. We will refund the full price excluding shipping costs. Customer is responsible for outgoing and return shipping unless otherwise noted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
